On the creation of “Tongue Tied,” Bo Baskoro confidently shares, “‘Tongue Tied” is about having that tangible chemistry with someone but lacking the confidence to make a move and tell them how you feel.“
“The inspiration comes from my lack of confidence in making that move with the person or people I’ve liked. I hope to God that there are other people out there that feel the same because I can’t be the only one out here with no game like that.”
For those not all too familiar with Bo Baskoro’s work the Portland native is an artist, actor, model, and mental health advocate. Filled with nostalgic soundscapes, Bo Baskoro’s sound is familiar yet experimental, pulling from his own life experiences in relatable ways that make it easy to vibe and sing along.
