ROREY Continues To Detail Her Path To Healing With New Single “Soho Grand”

ROREY details her journey through bipolar disorder and her path to healing with latest single "Soho Grand."

New York’s hopeful songwriter ROREY continues to let listeners in on her journey with being diagnosed with bipolar disorder and the journey that comes with it in her upcoming sophomore EP, Dysphoria. And today, ROREY has shared the latest single from the upcoming collection titled, “Soho Grand.”

On her new single, ROREY shares, “I think we’ve all been at a place where we wondered if things would ever get better. That feeling kept me from seeking help because, for a while, I thought, “What’s the point if it never does?” Spoiler alert – it did. Healing isn’t linear; for me, it took years of commitment and surrender. To anyone looking for relief, I’d encourage you to lean into the uncertainty. Trust the process – it’s worth it.”

“Soho Grand” itself is a wonderful, dreamlike escape for the senses that I’ll probably be hitting replay on for the remainder of the day. The quick 3-minute runtime drifted me away from reality for just a little while, allowing me to sink into my thoughts and bask in the inner vulnerability of the words being sung beautifully by ROREY.

Once again, “Soho Grand” will be featured on ROREY’s upcoming EP, Dysphoria, which will also feature 7 additional songs including previously released singles, “Standby” and “Sleepwalking.”
