blink-182 Learn New “Dance” Moves In “Darkside” Music Video

Are you ready for the biggest mash-up ever? blink-182 x Fortnite! You’re not ready? Well, too bad because blink-182’s new music video for “Darkside” features Mark, Matt, and Travis surrounded by a bunch of dance moves made famous by the infamous video game.

blink-182’s new music video for “Darkside” was directed by Andrew Sandler, and somehow features a concept that would have worked a bit better for a song like “Happy Days,” to actively create an opposite to that track’s brooding vibes. Honestly, I’m not a huge fan of the band’s new video, and it’s not even due to my dislike of Fortnite’s dance moves. There’s just something there that doesn’t quite have me thinking “this concept is great for a song like “Darkside.'”

But, I will say it was great seeing blink-182 have some fun, the kids looked like they were having fun, and isn’t fun one of the keys to happiness? And, this new music video is annoying in a fun and playful way. Almost if blink-182 has become the biggest trolls in the music world today.

blink-182 will release their new album, NINE, featuring “Darkside” on September 20. Pre-order packages can currently be purchased via the band’s official website and contain some pretty cool items.
