Hawthorne Heights Release New Single “The Storm,” Announce EP, ‘LOST LIGHTS’

Hawthorne Heights lose the storm with their new single, announce upcoming EP, 'LOST LIGHTS.'

Ohio natives, Hawthorne Heights, are setting a fire in their own house with the release of their new single, “The Storm,” an incredibly catchy tune that’ll have many, including myself, humming along for hours.

The release of their new single comes on the same day the EMO legends simultaneously announced the September 8 drop of their upcoming EP, LOST LIGHTS, which will also include their previously released singles, “Dandelions” and “Lucerne Valley.”

“The Storm” is accompanied by an electric music video directed by J.T. Ibanez that sees the band tackling the single’s themes within a burning house and in the middle of a lightning storm.

Joining “The Storm” and the band’s previous singles on LOST LIGHTS are “Empty” and “We Were Never Lost.”

LOST LIGHTS so far is shaping up to be one of Hawthorne Heights’ best releases in regards to catering to older “Ohio is for Lovers” fans, as well as for those that loved the band’s 2021 released album, The Rain Just Follows Me.

Pre-orders for LOST LIGHTS are now up on Hawthorne Heights’ official website in the form of a few different vinyl offerings.
